Our Work

One Love in Schools

Our vision is to provide mindfulness education for all kids, everywhere. That through teachers, volunteers, parents, or any person sharing our mindfulness curriculum we will all help kids gain the tools to live mindfully, to show love and compassion towards others and themselves. We will endlessly strive to support & connect all involved and expand the curriculum’s use so that this project is limitless in reach.

Our mission is to share mindfulness with as many school-age children as possible. We want to gift teachers or volunteers with mindfulness video lessons or lesson plans that can be implemented without having to enroll in a paid training. We truly believe that this should be part of what kids are being given and should not be limited to the schools or districts where there is investment.

The curriculum is formatted in a way that requires little to no preparation and could be watched and/or used in the moment. Anybody who wants to can teach this. It simply takes heart and attention. It is currently geared toward elementary age students and can be adapted easily for each specific age group. Each mindfulness lesson can last anywhere from 10-25 minutes depending on how it’s used.

Our bigger vision is the way mindful educators stay connected. None of this is at a cost to you, but is a way to support the continued existence and use of mindfulness. We hope you will be a part of this community so we can see the more kids impacted by your willingness to share the gift of awareness.

We would love to put this curriculum in the hands of others to use so if you or someone you know is interested, please connect with me below.

In love & light,

Anga Vachon - Creator One Love in Schools
